Job summary

Yona is seeking a District Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple facilities. You will lead, coach, and evaluate Environmental Services Directors and Supervisors, ensuring sanitary, safe environments and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include site visits, staff training, cost management, and coordination with other departments to meet regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience strongly desired.
• Two years’ experience in housekeeping services and multi-facility healthcare management is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
• Public speaking and strong administrative skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations of housekeeping and laundry per policy.
• Visits each facility to meet managers and provide feedback for development.
• Maintains client satisfaction and trains staff.
• Supervises Environmental Services Directors and Supervisors.
• Forecasts supplies, inventory, and equipment needs.
• Ensures facilities are sanitary, safe, and survey-ready.
• Maintains staffing levels and knowledge of CBAs.
• Attends facility meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Promotes professional growth and cost-effective programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
