Job summary

Yona seeks a District Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple facilities in the district. You will lead Environmental Services teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a four-year degree (or equivalent experience) and experience managing multi-facility healthcare housekeeping programs. You will visit facilities regularly to coach managers and maintain quality across districts.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
• Two years’ experience in housekeeping services and multi-facility management in healthcare environment desired.
• General business acumen.
• Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and quality attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manages in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Visits each facility in the district to meet with managers and provide feedback on performance.
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided by Yona.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures.
• Supervises and evaluates quality of work by Environmental Services Directors and Supervisors.
• Maintains sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition at each facility.
• Forecasts and plans purchase of supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
