Yona is seeking a District Manager to lead housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will ensure clean, sanitary, and safe environments while guiding facility managers and staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree, healthcare operations experience, and strong leadership. You will forecast supplies, manage budgets, recruit and train staff, and maintain survey-ready compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly desired.
• Two years’ experience in housekeeping services and multi-facility management in a healthcare environment is desired.
• Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and quality attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manages in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Visits each facility in the district to meet with managers and provide feedback for professional development.
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures and equipment operation.
• Supervises and evaluates Environmental Services Directors and Supervisors.
