Job summary

Excis Compliance is hiring EUC Field Technicians to support a major healthcare technology deployment across hospitals and clinics in Arkansas. Positions are available across Sherwood and North Little Rock areas, reporting to client locations.

You will perform desktop deployment, imaging, and end-user support in busy healthcare environments. Applicants should have 1+ year in desktop support or EUC deployment, Windows 10/11 skills, and experience with ITSM systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on desktop support or field services experience.
• Windows 10/11 expertise and desktops troubleshooting.
• Experience with device imaging and configuration.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Cherwell.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid U.S. driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the assigned client location.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, thin clients, monitors, and other end-user devices.
• Configure wired and wireless network connectivity and validate device functionality.
• Image and configure Windows devices, applications, peripherals, and user access.
• Deploy and troubleshoot printers, scanners, WOWs, and clinical workstations.
• Follow deployment runbooks and client standards; record asset data accurately.
• Provide at-the-elbow technical support during deployment and go-live.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral, connectivity, and device integration issues.
• Replace failed equipment and coordinate returns per client processes.
• Work tickets in the client's ITSM system and document resolutions.
• Escalate issues and communicate trends to onsite leads; comply with HIPAA and safety rules.
