Job summary

Teceze, based in Texas, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals in a healthcare environment. You will set up workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs, and provide hands-on support during Epic go-live.

You will troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and deployment issues, perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare, and coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly while maintaining

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and other clinical/IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.

Required / Preferred Experience

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus
