Job summary

Teceze in Kentucky is seeking an IT field support technician to deploy, install, and validate IT devices in a healthcare setting.

You will troubleshoot desktops, printers, scanners, WOWs, and related peripherals, support during Epic go-live, and provide post-deployment stabilization while coordinating with project teams and end users.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering desktop, deskside, or field support in a healthcare IT environment.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Configure workstations and other clinical/IT devices.
• Basic network and connectivity troubleshooting in a healthcare network.
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred and Epic go-live exposure is a plus.

• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus
