Highmark Health is seeking a project management professional to support planning, procurement, and deployment of medical equipment across AHN capital projects. You will coordinate clinical, design, procurement, construction, vendor, and facilities stakeholders to manage scope, budgets, schedules, and documentation with on-site presence three days per week.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 3 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary liaison among clinical, engineering, procurement, and facilities teams to support equipment planning.
• Participate in meetings to define equipment scope, deliverables, roles, and schedules.
• Maintain equipment lists, cut sheets, budgets, delivery and installation schedules, and logistics plans.
• Assess inventory for reuse, coordinate decommissioning or relocation, obtain quotes, and support ordering.
• Coordinate IT and clinical engineering for networking, inspect deliveries, and oversee installation and documentation.
