Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a healthcare project manager to develop and execute project strategies for expansions, equipment upgrades, and software upgrades across the network. You will work with physicians, administrators, and external partners to ensure timely completion and staff training where needed.

The role requires 1–3 years in healthcare management, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel as needed within the network. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of healthcare management experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient multitasking with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Background in healthcare service industry including physician practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall project management strategy for product implementation or completion.
• Collaborate with practice administration and outside representatives to complete the project.
• Research and determine priorities to support project completion.
• Organize teaching sessions for staff when applicable.
• Act as a resource to supervisory personnel.
• Understand and organize practice expansion requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
