Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition seeks a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth across Ohio and Michigan for Kate Farms and Nutricia. You will manage enterprise accounts in hospitals, IDNs, homecare and post-acute segments, developing account strategies and contract-based solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, train on Kate Farms offerings, monitor performance metrics, and expand our portfolio within key accounts while traveling 50-75% within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Healthcare business/clinical experience; RD/RN preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive healthcare sales with account management.
• Experience engaging healthcare executives and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships within hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute accounts.
• Identify and understand customer clinical and business needs and provide solutions through the contract lifecycle.
• Cross-department collaboration to formulate robust programs and value beyond price.
• Support Kate Farms product line training and customer profiling.
• Monitor and report key metrics like revenue, volume, utilization of goods.
• Conduct business reviews with key customer stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities.
