HHM Health in Dallas is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator/Front Office Assistant Float to serve as the first contact for patients and families. This role handles enrollment tasks while maintaining front desk responsibilities in a busy healthcare setting.

The position requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and knowledge of Medicaid enrollment. Travel to other Dallas-area locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience; community clinic preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid enrollment.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar and MS Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Pashto, Burmese, Rohingya, or other languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule new and established patients across locations and specialties.
• Verify income, determine eligibility for benefits, and collect required documents.
• Explain benefit programs and rights to applicants and recipients.
• Verify insurance eligibility during enrollment or prior to appointments.
• Travel to other locations in the DFW Metroplex as needed.
