Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stress and communicate clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls; provide assistance and directory services.
• Dispatch personnel during emergencies using paging, radio, and notification tools.
• Maintain logs for Police Department, engineering, and staff as directed.
• Monitor alarms (code red/blue, alert I/II, etc.) and respond per policy.
• Provide dispatching for Police, engineering, and staff via two-way radio.
