Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–12 years of industry experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize individual and team performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans that drive market expansion, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Lead field execution across endocrinology, primary care, health systems, pharmacies, diabetes education programs, and provider networks.
• Partner with field teams to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge, and identify opportunities to accelerate performance.
• Leverage data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive execution against business objectives.
