Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in food service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining services operations, including menu planning, food prep and service.
• Manage cooks, servers and dining staff to ensure excellent service and presentation.
• Develop creative menus meeting dietary needs of residents and patients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Dining Services Director to improve dining services and satisfaction.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Hospitality/food service management degree (preferred)
