Qualifications

• 1+ years of culinary management experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/culinary degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dining services: menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Manage a team of cooks, servers, and dining staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement menus that meet dietary needs and preferences of our residents and patients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and minimize conflicts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
• Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
