Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for our Wayne, NJ location to lead dining operations in a healthcare setting. You will plan menus, supervise cooks and servers, and ensure high-quality food presentation while maintaining strict safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Dining Services Director to improve dining services and satisfaction.
