Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a food service management role, preferably in a healthcare or rehab setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven leadership, team management, and customer service excellence.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining operations including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Manage a team of cooks, servers, and dining staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food presentation.
• Develop and implement creative and appealing menus that meet dietary needs of residents and patients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Director of Dining Services to develop and implement strategies to improve dining services and increase customer satisfaction.
