Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab is seeking a Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead the Food & Nutrition Services in a long-term care setting. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, plan menus, and ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance in daily operations.

The role requires a degree or certification in food service management or hospitality, plus relevant healthcare foodservice experience. State license requirements must be met. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must have certification or degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Experience as director of food and nutrition services in a nursing facility strongly preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for food service managers or dietary managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budget and purchasing of food and supplies and food preparation.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment.
• Oversees safe and timely meal preparation per residents' care plans.
