Job summary

The Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Director of Dining (Certified Dietary Manager) to lead our dietary department and ensure high-quality nutrition services for patients. You will manage staffing, food ordering, prep, delivery, and cleanup, in collaboration with facility administration and Healthcare Services Group, Inc.

You will supervise dietitians and kitchen staff, schedule work shifts, and oversee payroll and budgeting while upholding safety and quality standards for

Qualifications

• Must have CDM certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience leading a dietary department and overseeing staffing, menus, and prep.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the Dietary Department, including staffing, ordering, and food prep.
• Interview, hire, and orient dietary staff; manage daily payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain cost records and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Schedule all dietary staff and monitor budgeting and menu adherence.
