Job summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific, Immunodiagnostics Division, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across health systems and large diagnostic networks in Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia, with heavy travel. You will advance adoption, expand testing menus, and optimize lab utilization.
You will articulate the clinical and economic value of expanded testing to senior stakeholders and orchestrate internal resources to accelerate growth, leading full diagnostic menus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 8+ years of successful sales or business development experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven success exceeding sales targets in complex healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth across hospitals, health systems, regional labs, and national accounts from onboarding to revenue realization.
- Persuasively communicate clinical and economic value to senior executives and internal teams.
- Coordinate with SAMs, SAEs, regional managers, CSS, and DM leadership to drive coordinated growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase testing volume and expand diagnostic menus.
