Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Enterprise Market Development Manager to expand Precision Diagnostics' enterprise reach by cultivating strategic opportunities across health systems, IDNs, and networks. You will build executive relationships, develop clinical and economic value propositions, and drive scalable growth across Thermo Fisher businesses.

The role involves leading cross-functional efforts, advancing partnerships, and managing a robust pipeline with heavy travel (North America).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare/diagnostics, laboratory services, or related commercial role.
• Experience developing complex commercial opportunities and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, including health systems and IDNs.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across health systems, IDNs, integrated networks, and priority segments.
• Build relationships with senior executives across clinical, financial, and procurement domains.
• Develop compelling value propositions and business cases aligned to customer priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to advance enterprise partnerships and pipeline.
• Translate enterprise partnerships into provider activation and growth.
• Maintain enterprise market-development pipeline with clear stages and priorities.
• Support activation, adoption, and utilization through cross-functional coordination.
