Job summary

Labcorp in Southeast Florida seeks a Regional Manager, Business Development to lead a team of diagnostic sales professionals and expand our clinical and specialty testing footprint across physician practices, health systems, IDNs, and community centers.

You will partner with Area Director of Sales and VP/GM to drive strategic initiatives, develop talent, and accelerate revenue growth through new business and strategic account expansion. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; 2+ years of people leadership in sales.
• 4+ years healthcare sales experience with CRM usage.
• Proven revenue growth and pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in Southeast Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 9 field-based diagnostic sales professionals.
• Drive regional revenue growth through new business and market expansion.
• Manage executive relationships with healthcare leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Area Director of Sales and VP/GM on strategic initiatives.
• Deliver data-driven insights to improve regional performance.
