Job summary

Revel Staffing is seeking a full-time Desktop Support Technician for a healthcare organization in Fort Worth, TX. You will maintain desktops, troubleshoot issues, and support Windows/Office 365 and EMR systems, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant data handling and high-quality user support.

Ideal candidates bring hardware/software troubleshooting experience, strong communication, and attention to detail in a collaborative healthcare setting. On-site role with frontline IT support across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PC and desktop hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Experience supporting Electronic Medical Record systems preferred.
• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting computer equipment, peripherals, and network devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to document work accurately.
• Team-oriented in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Some college coursework in IT related field
• HIPAA training/certification required

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain desktop computers, laptops, software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
• Provide end-user assistance in person, by phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Electronic Medical Record systems.
• Assist with Cisco VOIP phone system support.
• Work with network cabling, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for break/fix activity.
• Assist with training materials, user guides, and instructional documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare privacy and security standards.
