USPack is a leading logistics provider specializing in healthcare deliveries and compliant with HIPAA standards. The Operations Coordinator role supports coordinating Independent Contractor couriers to ensure timely, compliant transport of critical healthcare shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes communication, issue resolution, and maintaining service reliability. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling time-sensitive healthcare

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare logistics practices.
• Ability to follow software/app procedures and scanning workflows.
• Strong communication with drivers, customers, and healthcare clients.
• Independent judgment to plan, priorities, and organize tasks.
• Proactive in a fast-paced healthcare delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dispatch boards for route coverage and on-time delivery of healthcare shipments.
• Coordinate route assignments and updates with Dispatch and ICs.
• Provide real-time support to ICs during active deliveries and arrange back-up coverage.
• Address delays, interruptions, and compliance issues promptly with management and clients.
• Reroute or execute deliveries during emergencies to maintain service levels.
• Inspect and document shipments for accuracy and condition.
