AnewHealth is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage shipment and tracking processes from CareKinesis fulfillment centers to destinations including residences and facilities. You will monitor courier updates, ensure accuracy, and address delivery issues while aligning with HIPAA and privacy guidelines.

Reporting to the SVP of Pharmacy Operations, this full-time role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work cross-functionally in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping.
• Experience working in a Pharmacy or healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and track shipments via FedEx, UPS, and other couriers to provide timely updates.
• Act as liaison between national couriers and our organization.
• Ensure shipment accuracy by monitoring destination addresses and delivery times.
