Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to help ensure delivery routes are covered and on time. You will coordinate Independent Contractors, verify dispatches, and communicate with customers and the dispatch team to meet service expectations.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime and weekend availability encouraged. A high school diploma or college degree and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education required.
• Must pass TSA Security Threat Assessment and complete TSA training for regulated cargo.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and on-time delivery; IC check-in communicated to customer.
• Create routes per customer requirements and ensure dispatch provides services.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet requested delivery times; communicate delays to customer and dispatch.
