Job summary

USPack is seeking a Dispatcher to serve as the key liaison between customers, Independent Contractors, and internal teams. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, issue resolution, and timely delivery support for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Responsibilities include processing orders, dispatching deliveries, maintaining PODs, and generating daily transportation reports. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and ICs; enter information accurately into company systems.
• Process routed, on-demand, and special delivery orders per standards.
• Monitor shipments, assist contractors, and maintain documentation for compliance.
