Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent. (Must be from an Accredited Institute recognized by the State Dept. of Education.)
• Friendly, professional manner of communication. Good customer service skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone system is required. Computer proficiency: Knowledge of MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level and one year experience would be beneficial.
• Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care, Insurance Claims Processing and Proof Reading/Editing of Documents.
• Ability to stay organized while working quickly. Strong attention to detail is also required.
• Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination and ROI Certification course requirements are part of the role.
• Vaccination proof requirements may vary by state and client; exemptions reviewed case-by-case.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and manage an 8.5-hour shift between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. ET, including breaks and lunch.
• Answer calls and inquiries with a focus on customer service and accuracy.
• Handle release of information related calls and inquiries promptly and correctly.
• Research and respond to inquiries received by phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Document all calls and resolutions in the company software systems.
• Follow department and site procedures and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with coworkers and management.
• Communicate issues promptly to colleagues and management; perform other duties as assigned.
