Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented customer service representative in Denver to support health data workflows. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and mail, document interactions in our systems, and maintain strict confidentiality.

The role requires HIPAA familiarity, data-entry accuracy, and strong MS Office skills. Vaccination screening may be requested by clients, with accommodations reviewed as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent from an Accredited Institute recognized by the State Dept. of Education.
• Friendly, professional communication with strong customer service skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and intermediate/advanced MS-Office.
• Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care, Insurance Claims Processing or proofreading documents.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented.
• HIPAA training and ROI certification requirements as part of onboarding.
• Vaccination screening requirements may apply depending on state and client policy.

Mansioni

• Schedule an 8.5-hour shift between 8 a.m.–9 p.m. ET, including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
• Answer and conduct business on the telephone with excellent customer service.
• Handle release of information related calls and inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Review, research, resolve and respond to inquiries via telephone, email or written correspondence.
• Document all calls, inquiries and resolutions in company software systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism with coworkers and management.
