Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months plus Data Entry experience.
• EMR experience (A+) or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate data when assigned by team lead.
• Remote processing of electronic medical records through various EMR systems.
• Respond to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Report any technical difficulties to support promptly.
• Meet required metrics for the role (CPH & Attendance).
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies.
