Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Client Success Manager to coordinate healthcare data projects and ensure successful delivery for customers. You will lead cross‑functional efforts with data integrations, engineering and sales teams, and maintain proactive communications with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in project management, familiarity with healthcare data systems, and strong Excel and communication skills to drive project success and customer retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience.
• Familiarity with Healthcare data systems, data formats and processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with vlookup and pivot tables; some SQL knowledge helpful.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer ensuring best result delivery, service and support.
• Coordinate, track and report on all aspects of customer projects.
• Coordinate efforts with data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales, and executive teams to drive success.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders via regular reports and meetings.
