Datavant is seeking a Client Success Manager in Utah to drive successful customer projects and retention. You will coordinate internal teams, manage project delivery, and communicate status to stakeholders, ensuring high-quality results and service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, healthcare data familiarity, and strong Excel/SQL skills. You will work with data integrations, engineering, and sales while traveling up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and processes; ability to converse at a technical level.
• BS degree in business, technology or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, or EHRs.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and some SQL knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer to ensure best result delivery, service, and support.
• Coordinate, track and report on all customer projects.
• Motivate and facilitate efforts of project resources across internal teams (data integrations, engineering, sales, exec).
• Maintain smooth internal communication via regular reports, meetings and status updates.
• Own customer operations project management processes, tools and reference materials.
• Monitor project status and success throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve customer problems with escalation to Sales and stakeholders.
• Prepare final reports and presentations; coordinate results delivery with Sales.
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with goals.
• Partner with engineering to prevent and resolve software issues affecting projects.
• Travel up to 15%.
