Datavant is seeking a Senior Director, Client Success to lead strategy and performance for a portfolio of healthcare clients. You will partner with executive stakeholders to align client roadmaps with Datavant priorities, directing a high-ambition team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will own revenue, retention, and growth across large accounts, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in client success, account management, or strategic consulting within healthcare, health insurance, or healthcare data/technology.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing managers or multi-level teams.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in Risk Adjustment and Retrieval processes; HIPAA knowledge.
• Proven success managing executive-level relationships up to the C-suite.
• Track record owning revenue, retention, and growth targets for multi-million portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen; translate data and market insight into strategy and decisions.
• Advanced ability to translate complex metrics into executive-ready narratives.
