Job summary

Datavant seeks a Digital Operations professional to help deliver client value through the implementation, execution, and support of our digital products. You will coordinate projects, track milestones, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare, operations, client success, or project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to implement digital products and monitor milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity programs, ensuring timely delivery.
• Gather requirements from clients and support onboarding and implementation.
• Assist with data validation, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and elevate blockers for timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements in workflows and tools.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Build expertise in digital program operations and Datavant products.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
