Job summary

Datavant is hiring a Senior Director, Client Success to lead client experience and drive retention across a large portfolio. You will shape strategy with C‑suite stakeholders and align client roadmaps to corporate priorities, leveraging AI, BI, and data insights to create value.

You will mentor a team of CSMs and Managers, own revenue and growth outcomes, and partner across Sales, Product, and Operations to influence roadmaps and ensure high‑quality client experiences.

Qualifications

• Progressive client success, account management or strategic consulting experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated success managing executive relationships up to C‑suite.
• Strong financial awareness and ability to translate insight into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships across the account portfolio and act as trusted advisor.
• Oversee delivery strategy across implementations, renewals, growth and escalations.
• Coach leaders to deliver executive presentations and drive alignment.
• Lead talent strategies, performance standards, and scalable governance.
