Datavant is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive successful outcomes for customer projects and coordinate internal and client teams. You will own project plans, monitor progress, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong healthcare data knowledge, 3+ years in project management, and excellent written and oral communication skills. This role may involve up to 15% travel and a hybrid work arrangement depending on client needs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and processes.
• BS degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Healthcare industry knowledge including risk adjustment and EHRs.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables); SQL knowledge helpful.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead relationship with customers to ensure best results and support.
• Coordinate, track and report on customer projects.
• Lead cross-functional resources across data, engineering, sales and exec teams.
• Ensure clear internal communication with regular status updates.
• Own customer operations project management processes and tools.
• Monitor project status across lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve customer issues; coordinate escalation.
• Prepare final reports and present results to customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Partner with engineering to prevent and resolve software issues.
• Travel up to 15%.
