Datavant is a data collaboration platform powering healthcare insights. As a member of our Digital Operations team, you will coordinate digital product implementations, manage client onboarding, and ensure successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.

This role emphasizes organization, customer focus, and growth in healthcare technology, digital operations, and program management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, or project management.
• 3-6 years in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions.
• Problem-solving with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to learn technical concepts, healthcare workflows, and digital product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating activities and tracking milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects.
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and support onboarding and implementation.
• Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and opportunities and escalate to drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement by enhancing workflows and client experiences.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing to improve team effectiveness.
• Build expertise in digital program operations and Datavant products to better assist customers.
