Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tucson, AZ. You will be the main contact for patients, caregivers, and commercial accounts, handling orders, inquiries, and complaints with professional communication and accuracy.

The role requires insurance verification, order processing, and documentation; the candidate will greet visitors, coordinate deliveries, and maintain up-to-date patient records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
• Experience in clerical or customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones with professional greeting and route calls appropriately.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; process orders and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Input orders into the system and manage related paperwork and prescriptions.
• Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and coordinating scheduling as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and documentation in a timely manner.
