Job summary

Linbeck Group is seeking a Project Manager I (Healthcare) in Fort Worth, TX to oversee construction projects valued from $10m to $100m. You will guide scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC while coordinating with subcontractors and the design team.

This role requires advanced leadership, client engagement, and deep construction knowledge to drive safety, quality, productivity and project success. Responsibilities include maintaining GMP schedules, CFR preparation, and margin optimization, along

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GMP and baseline project schedules using master scheduling software.
• Prepare the Construction Financial Report (CFR) and ensure margin goals are met.
• Manage Non-Billable Costs to meet margin targets.
• Update Job Dashboard with project status, challenges, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Create and manage a payroll work plan for Confidential payroll and margin.
• Review subcontractor pay applications for progress and conditions.
• Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance (COI/LSIP) and LSIP management.
• Oversee Self-Perform financials, including estimating, contracts, changes, and monthly financials.
• Implement QA/QC program (A3s, Pre-Install Meetings, Peer Reviews).
• Process Owner/Subcontractor Change Orders with proper contract language.
• Manage Owner Change Orders with design team to control cost/schedule.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and reconciliations.
