Job summary

Linbeck Group is seeking a Project Engineer (Healthcare) for a full-time, on-site role in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee one or more scope areas managed via subcontractor contracts valued from $500k to $10m, influencing schedule, safety, and financial outcomes on complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.

The role requires analyzing drawings, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and maintaining contract documents, logs, and QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• 4+ years of construction project work experience, in lieu of a degree.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications to meet contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Site Specific Safety Program (BBS and Safety Walks).
• Read drawings/specs to ensure scope is constructed per contract.
• Manage RFI log and contract documentation updates.
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and expediting to meet schedules.
• Prepare GMP and Lump Sum estimates and assist in bid/tender activities.
