Job summary

Linbeck Group seeks a Project Manager I (Healthcare) in Fort Worth, TX to oversee construction projects from $10M to $100M, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, cost, and client satisfaction. You will lead scheduling, financial reporting, and change management across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems, coordinating with the design team and field operations.

10+ years of construction project experience with a General Contractor.
Demonstrated advanced leadership, supervision, and collaboration skills.
Strong business acumen to manage financial outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain GMP and baseline project schedules using master scheduling software.
Manage the Project Financial Report to track costs, savings, and margins.
Prepare monthly CFR to reflect projected financial status and margin strategies.
Plan and manage non-billable costs to meet margin goals.
Utilize Job Dashboard for project status and reporting, including QBR Capsheet.
Create Work Plans for confidential payroll and project cost projections.
Evaluate subcontractor pay apps by percent complete vs. field conditions.
Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance and LSIP/COI processes.
Lead change management through SCOs and OCOs with proper contract language.
Oversee subcontractor buyout and reconciliation with proper change management.
