Job summary

Linbeck Group seeks a Superintendent I (Healthcare) to lead construction sites in Fort Worth, managing safety, quality, and schedule for multi-million dollar projects. You will coordinate teams, oversee subcontractors, and ensure compliance with GMP and project plans, while maintaining a strong safety culture on site.

The role requires a high level of field supervision, Lean methods, and experience with healthcare or large-scale facilities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business preferred.
8+ years of commercial construction experience required.
6+ years of field supervision as a lead superintendent for a ground-up General Contractor required.
Experience includes healthcare, K-12, higher education, or cultural venues.
Contract experience with CMAR, Design-Build, or IPD.
Proven success implementing and managing safety programs.
Proficiency with Lean Construction tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Develop a Safety Culture with Subcontractors via the BBS program.
Analyze and address Safety Hazards through Safety Walks with the Job Team.
Review JHAs for completeness and accuracy daily for all trades on site.
Manage Field Labor including hiring/termination coordination with Office Assistant.
Develop the Master Baseline Schedule with clear logic and durations with the Job Team.
Develop Site Utilization, Logistics and Phasing Plans for GMP creation.
Utilize Lean Board tools to visualize productivity constraints and coordinate teams.
Facilitate Daily Huddles with Job Team and Subcontractors.
Lead Weekly Work Plans and ensure accountability for commitments.
Complete PPCs weekly and create recovery plans as needed.
Generate Daily Reports for Linbeck and Self-Perform and ensure timely submissions.
Coordinate preconstruction and kickoff meetings with subcontractors.
Create and maintain SWPPP plans, permits and measures.
Use Autodesk Build QA/QC for project coordination with subs.
Manage AHJ inspections and track progress with an inspections matrix.
Oversee work order processes and verify ticket hours and pricing.
Utilize LAT technologies to enhance field productivity.
