Job summary

Linbeck Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Project Engineer for Healthcare projects to oversee scope from subcontractors and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of building systems (MEP) and construction sequencing to meet contractual obligations.

The engineer will manage RFIs, submittals, and logs, coordinate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors, and support QA/QC and Lean practices on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, 4+ years of construction project work with Linbeck or a similar MEPF contractor or design firm.
• Strong understanding of site safety and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and specifications to ensure the assigned scope is procured and constructed to meet contractual obligations.
• Create and manage RFIs, submittals, and logs to support schedule and quality.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect, Engineer, and Subcontractor on potential quality concerns and impacts.
• Assist in formulating and maintaining contract documents, logs, and GMP-related details.
