Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction seeks a Senior Project Engineer to work on healthcare projects in Fort Worth, TX, a branch of the Dallas Large Projects Group. The SPE will assist the Project Manager with planning and daily execution of construction projects, manage submittals, material deliveries, and budgets.

The role requires a B.S. in Construction Management or related field with 2–4 years experience (or 5–6 years in related trades).

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management or related field with 2–4 years of experience preferred, or 5–6 years of progressive construction-related experience.
Demonstrates leadership skills with ability to direct others and address issues effectively.
Creates, manages, and revises project schedules to meet priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager with planning and daily execution of healthcare construction projects.
Manage submittals, deliveries, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time completion.
Coordinate subcontractor compliance with contract documents and project requirements.
Attend meetings with Architect/Engineer and owner representatives and prepare progress reports.
