Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Training Specialist to help develop and deliver training programs for clinical teams. You will create content, curricula, pamphlets, and presentations while evaluating effectiveness and updating materials.

You will collaborate with care teams, apply quality improvement methods, and participate in departmental and system-wide committees to ensure high-quality services and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• CRT-Documentation Improvement Practitioner, Certified (CDIP) - CCAP/CDI.
• CRT-Clinical Documentation Specialist, Certified (CCDS) - CCAP/CDI.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing training materials and provides training.
• Plans and develops course content, curriculums, pamphlets, and presentations.
• Communicates with health care teams to ensure continuity of services.
• Uses quality improvement methods and guidelines to design processes.
• Participates in hospital committees as member or chair.
