Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Training Program Specialist to develop and deliver clinical training. You will plan curricula, create supporting materials, and present programs for hospital staff.

You will evaluate effectiveness and update content while maintaining records of orientation, in-service training, and attendance. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, adherence to regulations, and ongoing quality improvement to enhance patient care and operational efficiency at Royal Oak

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience are required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing training materials and provide training.
• Plan and develop course content, curriculum, pamphlets, and presentations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify course materials.
• Maintain orientation/in-service records, course completions, and attendance logs.
• Collaborate with health care teams to ensure continuity and coordination of services.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with guidelines.
