Qualifications

• Associates degree required with focus in health care, business, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Michigan RN license preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in health care or human service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
• Coordinate operations to ensure efficient patient flow from waiting room to exam rooms.
• Order medical supplies, equipment, forms, and medications; ensure adequate clinic provisioning.
• Coordinate HEDIS reviews with managed care systems.
• Maintain information systems and address customer service needs including billing issues and complaints.
