Neighborhood Health Center seeks a Practice Supervisor to lead all functions within the management portfolio, ensuring efficient services for patients, physicians, the public, and staff. The role supports implementation, communication and training on established goals, policies, and systems.

The position emphasizes HIPAA compliance, quality targets, payroll practices, and staffing management, with opportunities for growth within the NHC practice network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in health administration or related field; five years supervisory experience may substitute for degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in health administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of health care supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions within the management portfolio to ensure efficient services for patients, physicians, the public and staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; provide training and communication of goals and procedures.
• Manage staffing schedules and timekeeping in the HRIS system (Paycor); monitor patient flow and daily operations.
• Liaise between staff and physicians; provide timely communication to providers and leadership; supervise financial reconciliation and claims efficiency.
