Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required.
• Seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for physician practice operations, ensuring performance outcomes meet organizational goals for quality, financial stability, and patient satisfaction.
• Oversees administration, coordination, and evaluation of non-clinical and clinical workflows for compliance and efficiency.
• Partners with leadership to develop long-term strategies including growth, recruitment, and service line development.
• Reviews financial and operational metrics with CEO and partners, reporting risks and opportunities.
• Represents clinics in community relations, outreach, and partnerships to support growth.
• Leads implementation of new physician practices or service lines with cross-functional teams.
• Monitors cash controls, billing practices, and patient confidentiality with corrective actions when needed.
• Regularly rounds across practice locations to assess performance and identify improvements.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies.
