Cano Health is seeking a Health Center Manager to lead daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient and patient-centered care. You will oversee clinical, administrative, and financial functions, drive regulatory compliance, and align performance with value-based care metrics.

Strong leadership and EMR proficiency are essential. Responsibilities include optimizing provider schedules, monitoring visit types, improving patient flow, and guiding a team through quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must oversee EMR workflows, encounter closures, and documentation accuracy.
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA) and emergency readiness.
• Monitor quality dashboards (no-show rates, vaccination tracking, HEDIS).
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and staff lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a clinic including provider schedules and patient flow.
• Coordinate care gap closures via team huddles and visit-type monitoring.
• Oversee safety standards and emergency drills.
• Reconcile daily collections, close billing days, manage petty cash.
• Audit scheduling, coverage, interpreter/transportation needs, and room availability.
• Represent site in regulatory compliance and quality improvement efforts.
• Enhance patient experience through check-in/out optimization and portal adoption.
• Collaborate with regional leaders on value-based care goals.
• Drive community engagement and new patient onboarding.
