Job summary

Fairfield Community Health Center in Lancaster, Ohio seeks an Operations Manager to lead the administrative operations of the clinic under the CEO. You will ensure efficient provider/staff scheduling, coordinate with the GME residency program, and implement administrative policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares provider/staff schedules and liaises with external vendors.
• Manages the medical supply budget and inventory across patient care areas.
• Interviews, trains, orients and assesses administrative staff.
• Administers coaching, corrective action, and coordinates resources as needed.
• Oversees daily admin operations and directs work of self and others.
• Attends internal/external meetings and coordinates with other offices.
• Supports training and competencies and collaborates with GME residency.
• Coordinates OPCWI activities and handles equipment maintenance coordination.
